Adult Mental Health First Aid Workshop - January 31, 2023

On Tuesday, January 31, 2023, NY FarmNet and NYCAMH are pleased to offer Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) at the Clark Sports Center. This free mental health training is perfect for farmers, agribusiness workers, and anyone interacting with the agricultural community, and all are encouraged to attend. Lunch will be provided.

Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. You'll build the skills and confidence you need to reach out and provide initial support to those who are struggling. You'll also learn how to help connect them to appropriate support.

This training takes place at the Clark Sports Center - 124 County Rd 52, Cooperstown, NY 13326 from 8 AM until 5 PM.
