Farmer's Tribute Fund Helps with COVID-19 Healthcare Costs - June 11, 2020

Are you a farm owner or farmworker needing help with COVID-19 related healthcare costs? The New York Center for Agricultural Medicine and Health (NYCAMH) can help. The NYCAMH Farmer's Tribute Fund was established to provide financial support for payment of hospital clinic visits, prescriptions, medical tests or other assorted medically-related expenses. The maximum monetary allowance per person is $1,000 and there is currently $20,000 in the fund, so assistance will be delivered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need assistance, please contact NYCAMH social worker Kathy Smith, (1.607.547.6023, ext. 2206; Kathleen.smith@bassett.org).
