Farm Partners is a NYCAMH program that provides free and confidential counseling and case management services to farmers and their families. NYCAMH’s licensed therapist not only provides counseling services to address mental health but also assists farmers in seeking financial assistance, health insurance coverage, social security disability, and similar programs. The social worker acts as a representative for the farmer and helps fill out time-consuming and oftentimes complex paperwork. Since its formation in 1992, Farm Partners has provided case management and counseling services to hundreds of farmers across New York State.
