NYCAMH open position for Coordinator Department Operations, HealthWorks Services - March 12, 2018

Open position at NYCAMH's HealthWorks Services for Coordinator Department Operations. Primarily responsible for coordination and scheduling of the HealthWorks occupational health services program with internal/external customers including all Fire-Fighter clinics, Occupational Health Clinics, phlebotomy and fit testing services as well as all pre-employment health requirements for Bassett Travel and contract staff.  Expedites communication with company principles in its nine-county service area, matching customer needs with available resources.  Assists in marketing, sales and customer support assuring contracted services are delivered and followed-up with the highest standards of quality.  Performs ADS and BAT screening as required and is responsible for ensuring that the environment of care in the HealthWorks clinic is kept at the required standards including keeping the appropriate logs.
